Shaggar Institute of Technology marked Family Day on March 29, 2026, welcoming families to campus for an immersive experience of the academic environment, facilities, and student life that define SIT. Through guided campus tours and meaningful interactions, families engaged with the community and gained deeper insight into the student experience. The program continued with activities designed to strengthen the connection between students, their families, and the institution. Family Day reflects SIT's ongoing commitment to excellence, community engagement, and student-centered growth.

The day's program continued with technical presentations and interactive exchanges, and SIT was honored to welcome distinguished delegates from leading institutions worldwide:

  • Prof. Maurizio Bozzi — Professor at the University of Pavia, Italy; Past President of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society (MTT-S)
  • Dr. Goutam Chattopadhyay — Senior Scientist at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and Visiting Professor at Caltech, USA; Past President of IEEE MTT-S
  • Prof. Anding Zhu — Professor at University College Dublin, Ireland; Current President of IEEE MTT-S
