Admission Requirements

Eligibility: 12th grade students in good standing for the Ethiopian Higher Education Entrance Examination (EHEEE) or equivalent international qualifications.

SIT Entrance Examination: Required for all applicants, assessing core science and mathematics aptitude.

Interview: For high-scoring applicants, evaluating communication, critical thinking, and leadership.

Holistic Review: EHEEE scores, SIT exam, school performance, interview, community engagement, leadership, and potential.

English Proficiency: Required.

Academic Requirements: 95%+ secondary school average, 95th percentile EHEEE, minimum SIT exam score.

Community Engagement: Leadership and positive impact in local communities.

Essay: 500-750 words on passion for science/tech, community impact, and goals.

Recommendations: Two letters from teachers/mentors.

Portfolio: Encouraged for projects/research in science and technology.

Special Admission: For exceptionally gifted students, reviewed individually.
