2026 Intake — key dates
Admission Requirements
- Academic Requirements: 90%+ Grade 11 & 12 average, 95th percentile Ethiopian Grade 12 National Exam (ESSLCE), minimum SIT exam score (if applicable).
- Community Engagement: Leadership and positive impact in local communities.
- Essay / Personal Statement: A 500–750 word letter you write in the portal on your passion for science/technology, community impact, relevant experience, and goals.
- Recommendations: One letter from a high school teacher or mentor.
- Portfolio (optional): Encouraged for projects/research in science and technology.
- Special Admission: For exceptionally gifted students, reviewed individually.
